The mission of Cross Roads is to identify and meet the immediate and ongoing emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual counseling needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups while helping them to reconcile their hearts, minds, and behaviors to Jesus Christ.

Our Story

Cross Roads Christian Counseling Center opened its doors to the public in 2002 to seek to meet the following needs in our community.To offer faith-based pastoral counseling in a confidential and safe environment.To be a safe referral for pastors.To partner with other agencies and medical professionals for the positive wholeness of each client.To offer one one one counseling as well as group therapy.To offer ongoing training and support groups equipping others to be raised up to help meet the ever-growing needs of our community.

Dr. Regina Curtis
Founder, Executive Director, CEO
NLCPC, MRT, Dmin

Dr. Curtis is the visionary and founder of Cross Roads Reconciliation Services in Danville, VA. Regina has been married to Chuck Curtis for 35 years with three grown children and 8 grandchildren. Regina accepted Christ as her Savior at the age of 8. She was called into ministry in 1999 while attending Bible college. In 2002, Regina was commissioned as a missionary of Christian counseling and was ordained as a minister of Christian Counseling in 2008. Regina holds a Doctorate of Ministry with emphasis in pastoral counseling. She holds a masters in clinical Pastoral Counseling and is nationally licensed as such. Her specials are young adults, families in crisis substance abuse, and marriage counseling.

CR Yates
Executive Board Member

 Mr. Yates was born and raised in Danville Va. He married his lovely bride, Janet in 1981 and is the proud father of twins Jacob and Chelsea.He was born again in 1983 and has been an elder at White Oak Worship center since 2012. Mr. Yates has served on the Cross Roads board since 2012. He is also the co-owner of Yates Home sales.

 “The reason I serve on Crossroads is to give Glory to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. To use the gifts and talents I was given by the Lord to advance the Kingdom of God . To help distressed men and women to get their life back in order by being a part of a ministry that ministers healing and hope. My desire is always to be used to help a lost and dying world find the truth that only God’s word provides. It is a privilege and honor to be associated with such a high calling.” - CR Yates
